Red cloth boards with gilt titles and illustration. The spine is bumped at the head and tail and a little sunned. Slight lean to the spine. Rough cut page edges. Undated but believed to have been published in 1906. Includes speeches by Hon. H.B. Higgins and Hon. Alfred Deakin on Home Rule for Ireland in the Commonwealth Parliament.
