Within the parish are the following townlands: Bohatch (North & South), Cappaduff, Cloonamirran, Cloontyconnaught, Cloontymweenagh, Coogypark, Cooldorragha, Curratober, Derroran (East & West), Derrycon (Lower & Upper), Doorus, Glenwanish, Kilrateera (Upper & Lower), Knockafort, Magherareagh, Middleline (North & South), Mountshannon, Woodpark, and Cloonoolia (North & South, formerly in Clonrush Parish. Inishcaltra Parish is in County Clare, but between 1849 and 1898 it was a part of County Galway.
